Blanc’8 is dominated by aromas of lime, lemon peel, fresh yellow transparent apple and nectarine, intertwined with honeysuckle and freshly mowed grass; stable gooseberry acidity lengthens the taste of wine, creating balance.
Effervescent wines ’8 are made traditionally. Aging of wine on sediment is longer and lasts up to 18 months, which helps develop the aromas of bread crust and sweet brioche, typical of the best effervescent wines worldwide.
Rouge’7 showcases the aromas of typically Polish fruits – July sweet cherry, sour cherry and blueberry, which with cloves create a full flavour. The acidity of raspberry and blackcurrant accentuates the delicacy of this wine.
